Salon Cancellation & No-Show Policy We value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all clients, we kindly ask that you respect our scheduling policy. Appointment Cancellations We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. • Same-day cancellations will result in a $25 cancellation fee. • This fee must be paid before booking a future appointment. No-Show Policy • Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged a $25 fee and must be paid prior to service. If the client scheduled for more than one service, you may be charged up to 50% of those services. • Repeat no-show clients will be blocked from booking. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the cancellation fee may apply depending on the circumstance. We understand that emergencies happen.
